本ポリシーは、Kusa Clips Uploader（以下「本ツール」）が Google ユーザーデータをどのように扱うかを説明します。本ツールは運営者本人だけが自分の YouTube チャンネルのために使う個人用ツールです。
This policy explains how Kusa Clips Uploader ("the tool") handles Google user data. The tool is a personal tool used only by its operator for the operator's own YouTube channel.
本ツールは、運営者が Google の同意画面で許可した次のスコープのみを使用します。
youtube.upload：運営者のチャンネルへの動画アップロードyoutube.readonly：運営者自身のチャンネル ID・チャンネル名・動画情報・統計の読み取りyt-analytics.readonly：運営者自身のチャンネルのアナリティクスの読み取りyoutube（必要時のみ）：運営者自身の動画の公開設定・予約公開日時の更新The tool uses only the scopes above, granted by the operator: uploading videos, reading the operator's own channel/video data and analytics, and (only when enabled) updating the privacy status and scheduled publish time of the operator's own videos.
取得したデータは、運営者が承認した動画のアップロード・公開設定、アップロード先が運営者自身のチャンネルであることの確認、運営者向けの再生数などの集計にのみ使用します。
Data is used only to upload and schedule videos the operator approved, to verify that the target is the operator's own channel, and to produce view statistics for the operator.
本ツールは運営者以外の第三者の個人データを収集しません。取得したデータを販売・貸与・共有・第三者へ移転することはなく、広告目的にも使用しません。
The tool does not collect personal data of anyone other than the operator. Data is never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties, and is not used for advertising.
OAuth トークンは運営者が管理するサーバー上にのみ保存され、公開されません。動画の統計などの集計結果も運営者の管理するサーバー上にのみ保存します。
OAuth tokens are stored only on a server controlled by the operator and are never published. Aggregated statistics are likewise stored only on the operator's server.
本ツールへのアクセス権は、いつでも Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」（https://myaccount.google.com/permissions）から取り消せます。取り消し後、または運営者が本ツールの利用を止めた時点で、保存されたトークンは削除します。
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored tokens are deleted after revocation or when the operator stops using the tool.
本ツールによる Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Limited Use 要件を含む Google API Services User Data Policy を遵守します。
The tool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
本ツールは YouTube API Services を利用しています。本ツールを利用することで、YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。Google によるデータの取り扱いについては Google プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
